I’m developing a love of UI elements — they are a symphony of disciplines bridging the tangible to the digital.
This widget generates dom elements to serve as controls. It listens for mouse events, both individual clicks and sustained mousedowns. The longer the user presses, the cycling acceleration increases.
Fully customizable, this jQuery plugin accepts a start point, maximum and minimum endpoints, as well as definable class names and controls.
The plugin also triggers two pseudo events — countup and countdown — that return the value of the widget. A final callback is also definable.
